These terms apply to the one-time paid Real Buyer Growth Evidence Review offered by RealBuyerGrowth UK.
RealBuyerGrowth is a service of Keigen Technologies UK Limited.
These terms apply only to the Real Buyer Growth Evidence Review. They do not apply to monitoring services, retained monitoring, or full protected activation, which are governed by separate terms.
A structured commercial review of an agreed campaign period. Deliverables may include: reported vs verified view, waste and leakage view, named reason factors, cluster spotlight, risk observations, next-campaign recommendation, and protection recommendation. Current price: £1,250 + VAT.
Not a guarantee of fraud detection. Not a legal determination. Not a live blocking tool. Not a promise of specific financial outcomes. Not a substitute for your own controls or legal advice.
The service is for business customers acting with authority to share campaign data.
Provide accurate data lawfully, cooperate in a timely manner, and complete agreed lightweight setup.
The standard £1,250 + VAT evidence review is limited to pre-checkout observation on the Merchant's owned and instrumented campaign surfaces during the agreed campaign period. It does not include off-site ad-platform observation.
£1,250 + VAT payable in advance, unless a different written scope is agreed.
Delivered within 48 hours from agreed campaign close, provided required inputs are received.
Advisory only. You decide whether and how to act. Follow-up monitoring requires a separate agreement.
The diagnostic is a one-time service. No subscription or retained commitment.
You may use the report internally. We retain ownership of methodology, templates, and tooling.
Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential.

Provided with reasonable skill and care. No guarantee of total detection or specific outcomes. Proportionate commercial judgment, not absolute truth.

Refund available if cancelled before work begins. Partial or no refund after work starts.
