Software pricing does not include open-ended consulting. Senior evidence review, custom reports, implementation work, and onboarding beyond the standard setup envelope are scoped separately.
The evidence review fee is credited toward setup if you proceed within 30 days and the scope remains standard.
Software subscriptions are available after an evidence review and installation-readiness review. They are not self-serve subscriptions.
BuyerRecon Core + RealBuyerGrowth Core = £1,500/mo + VAT instead of £1,700/mo + VAT, available only after both products pass installation-readiness review.
We request read-only access wherever possible. We make no changes to your accounts, store, ads, website, analytics, or CRM as part of the standard evidence service.
Before payment, we lock the evidence question in writing. If after the findings call you have not received a written verdict matching that agreed question, we will re-scope at no additional charge or refund 100%, at our discretion.
Access should be revoked at delivery. Working data is deleted within 30 days. The final report is retained for 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT is added where applicable. For non-UK B2B clients, VAT treatment is confirmed on invoice after business location and VAT details are checked.

Read-only Shopify and GA4 access. One ad platform (usually Meta or Google Ads). One promotion or discount mechanic. We make no changes to your accounts.
If order volume, traffic, or campaign data is insufficient for the agreed question, we re-scope at no additional charge or refund 100%. This is confirmed before work begins.
Where appropriate, the review can include a lightweight JS tracking layer for the agreed campaign window (14–30 days). Only after access, consent, and installation-readiness checks pass.
